In Memoriam: Howie Blas

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Howie Blas, a founder of the Reher Center, a dear personal friend of Hymie Reher, and beloved husband of our board president, Barbara Blas. Howie will be sorely missed by so many in our community.

We are moved that the Blas family has asked that donations be made in Howie’s memory to three organizations he cherished. The Reher Center for Immigrant Culture and History, Congregation Agudas Achim or Chabad of Ulster County. Click here to donate in Howie's memory.
